Product overview
HMC series single pulse bag type dust collector is a small bag type dust collector. It adopts a cylindrical bag, bring the system fan, pulse-jet cleaning mode, has the advantages of high purification efficiency, good dust removal effect, small resistance, long life of filter bag, repair is simple, safe and reliable operation. Widely used for recovery of dust removal of various process system of cement, nonferrous metals, machinery, chemical industry and material purification.
The dust collector series a total of two series of twelve specifications, each kind of specification can be divided with an A type and open type as the standard flange type B ( no bucket, suitable for roof ) two.
The structure and working principle
Structure description
HMC single pulse bag type dust collector is composed of a filter chamber, filter bag, net gas chamber, an ash bucket, a turning plate valve, pulse blowing device, system of fan, electric control box etc..
Working principle
Dusty gas from the hopper ( or lower open flange ) into the filter chamber, direct coarse particles into ash hopper or silo, a fine particles of dust gas rose to the surface of the filter bag, the filter bag filter, dust retention on the surface of the filter bag, gas purification after the bag into the net chamber, is discharged into the atmosphere system fan. With the continuous filtration, the filter bag dust surface increases, causing the resistance of the equipment rises to the setting value ( usually 1200Pa ), a time relay ( or micro differential pressure controller ) output signal, controller starts to work, in order to open the pulse valve, the high-pressure compressed air through vents instantaneous high-speed jet, nozzle into the bag, the bag of high speed of reverse flow sudden expansion, fall into the ash bucket attachment off the dust bag table ( or ash bin ). Dust from the flap valve or ash conveying mechanism to discharge. Cleaning process are blowing single row filter bag, filter bag filter state is still in the other.
